Despite its strong community presence and diverse offerings, MDW’s digital presence did not fully reflect its luxurious and empowering brand identity. Discovery & Strategy Phase
The project began with a comprehensive discovery phase, working closely with MDW’s in-house designer, Casey, who developed the refined luxury-focused brand book. This collaboration ensured the redesign fully reflected the brand’s established aesthetic while addressing existing digital challenges.
We conducted stakeholder interviews, user research, and competitor analysis to understand audience needs and behaviors. Insights highlighted the importance of cohesive visual identity, clear navigation, and enhanced functionality to support MDW’s diverse offerings. The development phase included integrating features such as event calendars, membership portals, and e-commerce capabilities, enhancing engagement and operational efficiency.
