The core value of Fliphaus is the stunning transformation of homes through staging. The website needed to effectively showcase these transformations through high-quality imagery and interactive elements, such as before-and-after sliders or a seamless gallery experience.
Fliphaus is positioned as a high-end staging company, so the website needed to exude quality and professionalism, making visitors feel confident about engaging with their services.

A simplified navigation structure was created, ensuring users can quickly access property galleries, service details, and contact information. The homepage includes clear calls-to-action, directing visitors toward key goals.

The goal of this phase was to develop a website that not only showcased Fliphaus’ expertise in real estate staging but also resonated with its target audience—homeowners, real estate agents, and potential buyers. We aimed to create a user experience that was visually stunning, easy to navigate, and highlighted the core value of Fliphaus: transforming spaces to elevate a property’s appeal.
Our design process began with an in-depth review of Fliphaus’ existing brand elements, including their color palette, typography, and visual style. We identified the areas where the previous website was lacking and outlined the core objectives for the new site, which included improving visual presentation, creating an engaging user experience, and ensuring the website functioned as a strong marketing tool for the business. The new website had to reflect the sophistication and high-end appeal of Fliphaus’ staging services while also enhancing the user journey.
Design Concept & Development Phase
A primary challenge was integrating Fliphaus’ new color palette and fonts into the website without detracting from the primary focus—showcasing the stunning before-and-after transformations of the properties they stage. The color palette we developed features elegant neutrals accented by subtle, rich tones that evoke both warmth and luxury. These colors were strategically applied to create contrast and visual interest, ensuring the website’s design was clean, professional, and not overly saturated.
To avoid overwhelming the user, nude tones were used sparingly in key sections, such as calls-to-action (CTAs), buttons, and important features like service highlights or portfolio galleries. This approach allowed us to keep the focus on the visuals of the staged properties while ensuring that the website’s overall aesthetic was polished and modern.
